Ola launches electric scooters S1 and S1 Pro, check out features and price
The scooter will be available in 10 colours including blue, black, white, grey and shades of red and yellow.
The much-anticipated Ola Electric scooter has been rolled out today with a starting price of Rs 99,999 for the entry-level S1 model and Rs 1,29,999 for the more powerful and long-range S1 Pro.
CEO Bhavish Aggarwal congratulated the team and sharing an image on Twitter, “Built the first scooter in our Futurefactory today! From barren land in Feb to this in under 6 months despite a pandemic!! The @OlaElectric team is just amazing."
Ola’s S1 Pro has a range of 181 km, while 121 km for Ola S1. The Ola S1 provides a top speed of 90 kmph and Ola S1 Pro comes with a top speed of 115 kmph.
The scooter will be available in 10 colours including blue, black, white, grey and shades of red and yellow.
The pre-launch bookings for the Ola Electric scooter were opened last month with a refundable deposit of Rs 499. The company said that the bookings crossed the threshold of 1-lakh bookings in just the first 24 hours.

· Ola scooter has voice assistant, built-in speakers etc and a digital display that acts as a mood display.
· Ola electric scooter can sense a person's presence and unlock itself. It comes with a keyless experience.
· These scooters come with hill hold control, reverse assist, cruise control, 7-inch touchscreen display with 3GB RAM, octa-core processor.
· The S1 provides a top speed of 90kmph with a 0 to 40kmph speed of 3.6 seconds and a driving range of 121 km.
· Ola S1 Pro comes with a top speed of 115 kmph along with a 0 to 40kmph acceleration in 3 seconds. The scooter provides a driving range of 181 km.
· Ola Electric has also confirmed that the scooter will come with the largest boot space in its segment.
