Former Congress MP and businessman Lagadapati Rajagopal met with Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) supremo YS Jaganmohan Reddy at Lotus Pond in Hyderabad on Thursday. Lagadapati went to personally invite Jagan to his son’s wedding on November 25.
Jagan politely said he wouldn’t be able to attend the wedding as his mahapadayatra would commence from November 6. The meeting which lasted for 30 mins had the leaders talking about the present political scenario.
According to sources, during the Lagadapati shared with Jagan his memories about the padayatra undertaken by his father YS Rajasekhar Reddy in which Lagadapati also had participated. He shared his experiences and assured Jagan that people will respond with affection and give credibility.
Jagan received Lagadapati’s experience with interest and both shared their thoughts about the coming 2019 General Elections. Lagadapati is famous for his pre-poll analysis and predictions.
The meeting was attended by YSRCP leaders Vijay Sai Reddy, Avinash Reddy and Dharmana Prasad Rao while Tiruvur Constituency leader Kavuri Vijay Kumar accompanied Lagadapati.
