Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu and Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao are distressed that their plans to complete two prestigious projects prior to 2019 elections seems to be lapsing. Chandrababu expressed his anger with Polavaram Project contractors while KCR showed anger over delay in Yadadri Project work.

On Friday KCR visited the Yadadri Project site and shouted at the personnel for the delay in the project.

“How much time will it take to complete the Yadadri Temple project? Every work is incomplete,” he shouted angrily at the officials of YTDA, R&B, temple supervision authorities and construction company representatives.

“If you can do it do, or else leave. I know how to complete the works. If this continues, you won’t finish the temple renovation or extension work even after 20 years,” he said according to a story reported in Andhra Jyothi story.

He looked at the temple gopuram works and asked architect Ananda Sai as to how can it be completed before March.

Chandrababu on the other hand reviewed Polavaram Project every Monday and every time he expressed his dissatisfaction over the lack of credibility in the works. He was disturbed with the explanations given by the company regarding lapse in work.

Though he expressed satisfaction with the progress of Diaphragm Wall and Gate Fabrication works, he expressed his anger that earth work and copper dams are going at a snail pace.

He clearly stated that the Polavaram Project should be completed by December 2019 at any cost and advised the company not to show negligence.

Both the CMs seem to be losing sleep over the two prestigious projects of their states.
