Chandrababu and Jaganmohan keeping factionism alive Raghuveera Reddy

Andhra Pradesh Congress Chief (APCC) Raghuveera Reddy has accused Chief Minister and TDP (Telugu Desam Party) chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu and YCP (Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party) supremo YS Jaganmohan Reddy of once again bringing to life the almost extinct factionism.

Responding to the recent Nandyal firing incident between TDP activist Abhruchi Madhu and YCP leader Silpa Chakrapani Reddy, Raghuveera demanded that both Chandrababu and Jaganmohan take responsibility for the incident.

Raghuveera said that the Nandyal by-election had become a farce with both leading parties spending crores of rupees to win the election. He accused Chandrababu and Jaganmohan of playing politics by instigating the Nandyal leaders and people.

He asked the government to take immediate action against the culprits and asked the people in the democracy to teach the respective parties and people a lesson when the opportunity arises.

There was a scuffle between TDP’s Abhiruchi Madhu and YCP’s Silpa Chakrapani groups on August 24, and Madhu’s private gunman had fired five rounds in the air.
