Malayali beauty Anu Emmanuel is cast opposite Tollywood Power Star Pawan Kalyan early in her career. She is one of the two female leads alongside Keerthy Suresh in Pawan Kalyan-Trivikram’s Agnathavasi.
Sharing her experience working with such a top-notch actor, Anu says she was extremely scared on the first day of the shoot.
“I thoroughly prepared all my lines for the first day of shoot where I share a romantic scene with Pawan. As soon as I laid my eyes on him, all the lines flew out of my head. But Pawan Sir joked and made funny comments and I forgot my fear,” she shared.
She expressed her happiness when Trivikram said that he chose her after a lot of deliberation. Initially when she got a call from the film unit, she had second thoughts as she knew that Keerthy Suresh had already been roped in as a heroine. She didn’t want to take up the role of a sister character to Pawan but she was excited when she was to be a second heroine.
The film unit of Agnathavasi is on its two-week European schedule to wrap up all the important shots at various locations. The film is scheduled to release next year.
