Cauvery issue has again become the talk of the town partially due to supreme court's order to the central govt and also because of actor-turned-politician Kamal Haasan's sudden announcement to hold an all-party meet to resolve the ongoing issue. This comes after a day when DMK president urged the Tamil Nadu govt to present forceful arguments before the Supreme court. Kamal Haasan's sudden interest in the decades-old affair has upped the antennas of many political pundits.
