Bengaluru corporators demand to shut down Santosh Hospital for medical negligence

Santosh Hospital was accused of performing a botched up surgery. Bengaluru corporators on Thursday demanded the Karnataka government to shut down the hospital.
Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) corporators demanded the Karnataka government to shut down Santosh Hospital due to an alleged case of medical negligence. Corporator Shivraj Manjunath Reddy, Zameer Shah accused Santosh Hospital of playing with people’s lives. After hearing the pleas from corporators, mayor Gangambike Mallikarjun had sought a detailed report from BBMP’s health department.
