Bengaluru: The coronavirus outbreak has resulted in a nationwide lockdown for 21 days which is really not an easy task to undergo.

Staying at home all day can be tiring, boring and stressful at times. The lockdown has especially become a cause of stress and anxiety for those whose businesses are shut and/or are incurring losses.

In such times, doing some meditation and stress-busting activities can be helpful.

Meditation is a commonly used practice to relax. It is a practice which is considered to be great for boosting mental health.

Housewives in silicon city Bengaluru have taken up an initiative to help people remain calm and less stressful during the lockdown by starting an online meditation program.

They have signed onto Zoom cloud meeting app to take up yoga and meditation.
