As trouble mounts in the Karnataka BJP unit after a few MLAs and ministers reportedly planned to unseat CM BS Yediyurappa, National General Secretary and Karnataka in-charge Arun Singh will arrive in Bengaluru on June 16 to take stock of the situation.

The rebel leaders had reportedly alleged interference from CM Yediyurappa's son in every matter related to the government and accused him as a de facto CM.

As per reports, Arun Singh will arrive in the city on Wednesday and will reach BJP state head office at 4:40 pm.

Later the leader will have a two-hour face to face meeting with Cabinet ministers. On June 17, a day-long meeting with MLAs including the rebels has been scheduled. After reviewing the situation, on June 18, he will address Ministers and MLAs for about two hours.

Later in the day he will hold a meeting with all morcha presidents and evening once again will address the members in the core committee before flying back to report to high command.

It is said that based on this report, the central high command will initiate the next step pertaining to Cabinet reshuffle and change of guard in the state.

Singh's visit was decided after a complaint against the CM and his replacement sounded among some ministers and MLAs who were said to have reached Delhi.

The rebel leaders are upset with the development that both central leaders and also the CM has said there won't be any changes and Yediyurappa will complete two years. "Even before a meeting by a central leader Arun Singh with state leaders could take place, such statements have come out, what justice can we expect now," a leader on condition of anonymity was reportedly stated as saying.

The leader is also said to be planning to skip the meeting as he feels it will not yield any results.

Apart from the meeting with leaders to know the situation and also to strengthen the organisation, Arun Singh will review the performance of the government.

After CP Yogeshwar, Dharwad MLA Aravind Bellada's visit to Delhi sparks speculation.

Interestingly, after Tourism Minister CP Yogeshwar who was accused of attempting to unseat BSY along with help of few other leaders, now Dharwad MLA Aravind Bellada, also a Lingayat leader, was seen in Delhi.

It is said that as a replacement to Yediyurappa with another Lingayat leader, Bellada was selected by few leaders. As per reports, Bellada termed his visit as personal.
