In viral audio between expelled AIADMK leader VK Sasikala and one of her supporters, reportedly she can be heard saying she will return soon and 'set things right' and assuring her immediate return after the Covid situation ends.

In a 54 seconds conversation with an AIADMK supporter identified as Lawrance, Sasikala says, "Naan seekron varuven. Kandippa katchi ellam saripaidlam (I will return soon. Together we will set the party right.)

The leader also asked the party worker to be careful and warned about the pandemic situation and assured that once the corona situation eases, she will definitely return.

The viral audio comes at a time when reportedly former CMs Edappadi Palanisamy and O Paneersalvam are trying hard to outdo each other and west control over the party.

Both leaders have started to issue statements separately and do not give credit to one another in all their official communications, especially after Palaniswamy
was made opposition leader by their MLAs.

Earlier after her release in January from Bengaluru Central jail after serving her prison term in an illegal assets case, Sasikala got a rousing welcome from Hosur to Chennai and the 4.5 hours travel route took almost 22 plus hours for her convoy to reach the destination as thousands of supporters stood on the roads to welcome her.

Sasikala had announced she will take political retirement and appealed to all the AIADMK cadres and workers to unite to ensure the party's victory. Meanwhile, here nephew TTV Dinakaran fought separately from his AMMK party and lost.

Sasikala did not make any remarks after the poll debacle and it is only now her alleged audio with her supporter appeared saying she will remain in public life.
