Pull up ministers, leaders making irresponsible remarks: BY Vijayendra appeals before BJP president Nadda
To keep disgruntled BJP leaders in check, Karnataka CM's son and state vice president BY Vijayendra met BJP national president Jagat Prakash Nadda and reportedly appealed to him to pull up leaders from making controversial remarks against his father CM BS Yediyurappa and also the Karnataka BJP.
FollowIn a 20-minute long meeting with BJP national president JP Nadda, Karnataka CM BS Yediyurappa's son BY Vijayendra reportedly has complained about some leaders time and again launching a scathing attack against his father and also creating confusion in Karnataka BJP.
Vijayendra's visit gained significance as recently tourism minister CP Yogeshwar had visited Delhi to allegedly complain against the CM and his style of functioning.
Yogeshwar was reportedly hinting at his department being remote-controlled by Vijayendra and was allegedly trying to unseat CM BS Yediyurappa.
Vijayendra also said that the image of the government is being tarnished and the actions of such leaders and ministers is serving as an opportunity for the opposition to take a dig at the BJP administration.
To send a message to his adversaries not to take him lightly and he has access to top leadership and have his say in the party as well, the young leader went public about his meeting and also shared the photo and a left message on his social media account about the meeting.
