Maharashtra SSC result 2021 declared, over 1 lakh students score 90% marks

The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Education today declared the SSC 10th Board exam results 2021.

All students can download their results from Maharashtra SSC result websites – mahresult.nic.in and maharashtraeducation.com.

The pass percentage has gone up to 99.95% in the board exams. This is the highest pass percentage recorded by the SSC Board so far.

A total of 957 students have received 100 percent marks while 1,04,633 students received more than 90% marks.

Steps to check results:

Step 1: Go to any of the official websites of the Maharashtra board - results.mh-ssc.ac.in or mahahsscboard.in

Step 2: On the homepage click on hyperlink for 'SSC Examination Result 2021'

Step 3: You will be directed to a new window. Enter your details including seat number and mother's name and hit submit.

Step 4: You will be directed to a new page showing results.

Step 5: Download and take a printout for future reference.

If students are unable to access the official websites results.mh-ssc.ac.in or mahahsscboard.in, they are advised not to panic and to keep checking websites after intervals. Over 16 lakh students had enrolled for the Class 10 exams.

As per Maharashtra SSC assessment criteria, students will be evaluated on the basis of their performances in Class 9 and Class 10. Out of the total 100 marks, 50% marks will be derived from their performance in Class 9, thirty per cent from year-long internal assessments of Class 10 and 20 marks has been assigned to practical or homework or assignments.

Due to the rising cases of Covid-19 in India, the Maharashtra government had cancelled the exam for the Class 10 board for the year 2021. MSBSHSE Class 10 results will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the students in the internal examination of Class 9 and Class 10.

As a relaxation, the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has decided to pass all students. An official notification said, "Given the pandemic, the state board is permitted to pass all students in the HSC exam."
