In a set back to former Karnataka Minister Ramesh Jarkiholi, accused Naresh Gowda and Shravan have been given anticipatory bail.

Ramesh Jarkiholi in early March had approached Cubbon Park police and filed complaint and had accused Naresh and Shravan as part of team attempting to extort money from him using the CD then.

Also the leader had accused both of them of luring the him into 'honey trap'.

While the case was transferred to Special Investigation Team, Naresh and Shravan went into hiding but Naresh had also released a video claiming he is innocent and no where connected to the case.

Simultaneously both the accused also approached the court seeking bail against their arrest.

Today, the 91st City Civil Court granted a anticipatory bail.
