In the latest development in the Ramesh Jarkiholi sex CD case, an emergency notice was reportedly issued to Special Investigation Team (SIT) and Ramesh Jarkiholi who is accused of sexual assault on the pretext of offering a job.

The woman, expressing doubt over SIT, contended that the probing agency was in favour of the accused. She alleged that her complaint and activist Dinesh Kallali's complaint was filed much before Jarkihioli's counter complaint but the police ignored it deliberately.

She further alleged that in every stage of the case, the government has remained one-sided. And to deviate, Jarkiholi has filed a counter-complaint in Sadashivanagar Police station only to make her complaint irrelevant.

The court while hearing her petition has adjourned the hearing to June 21.

Last week, the woman, through her advocate, filed a petition questioning the SIT probe. Sanket Yenagi, Supreme Court advocate, filed the petition on behalf of the woman.

As per reports, the woman in her plea wants a change in the present SIT committee and wants a court-monitored agency to probe the case.

SIT grills accused Naresh Gowda and Shravan

Meanwhile, for the second time, SIT officials grilled Naresh Gowda and Shravan in connection with the case. Ramesh Jarkiholi had accused that he was trapped and also accused them of resorting to extortion.

The accused persons however have remained tight-lipped and have so far only claimed that 'they don't know' anything about the CD.

Both the accused went into hiding after the video went viral and recently managed to get anticipatory bail against their arrest. And now only with an advocate, they arrived for a probe at SIT.
