Bandipora: Two terrorists associated with terror outfit Jaish-e-Mohammed have been arrested in a joint operation by Bandipora Police and other security forces in Jammu and Kashmir’s Bandipora on Tuesday.

Two terrorist associates of Jaish-e-Mohammed were arrested in a joint operation by Bandipora Police and other security forces. Arms and ammunition were recovered from their possession, said Jammu and Kashmir Police.

According to a report on kalingatv.com, the Bandipora police along with 13 RR on receiving reliable information apprehended one suspected person Abdul Majeed Khan, a resident of Kralpora Bandipora, and recovered arms and ammunition from his possession which included one pistol, three live hand grenades and 10 live rounds.

The police also arrested Showkat Ahmad Malik, resident of Sangrama Sopore, and the Bandipora police launched a search operation in Sangrama Sopore with Sopore Police and 52 RR leading to the recovery of a pistol, five live hand grenades and 20 live rounds from the accused person.
