India's Covid-19 recovery rate improves to 95.26%
At 5 per cent, the daily positivity rate also remained much below the 10 per cent mark for the 20th consecutive day.
The Covid-19 recoveries outnumbered the daily new cases for the 31st consecutive day on Sunday.Â
The Union Health Ministry informed that so far, 2.8 crore people have recovered from the infection.Â
With this, India's Covid-19 recovery rate further improved to 95.26 per cent.
The cumulative share of active Covid-19 cases in the country continues to witness a downward trend and comprises nearly 3.49% of the total reported cases.
As of now, nearly 10.26 lakh people are infected with the Covid-19 virus and are either hospitalised or under home isolation.Â
At 5 per cent, the daily positivity rate also remained much below the 10 per cent mark for the 20th consecutive day.
The government informed in the last 24 hours, the country reported 3,303 Covid-related deaths, taking the cumulative toll to 3,73,84.
