Four people lost their lives after a fire broke out at the Prime Criticare Hospital in Mumbra locality of Maharashtra's Thane district early Wednesday morning.

He said five ambulances and one rescue vehicle were also called in.

According to the official, all 20 patients admitted to the hospital were rescued and shifted to nearby hospitals.

The official claimed that the four patients died after they were shifted.
