Defending its action of arresting the 21-year-old, the Delhi Police claimed that it was Disha who shared the 'Toolkit' with Greta Thunberg and later when the incriminating details of the document accidentally got into public domain, she asked Greta to remove it from Twitter.
The Delhi Police cyber cell has accused 21-year-old climate activist Disha Ravi of being one of the editors of the 'Toolkit' Google Document which is currently under investigation for Khalistani links.

She has also been accused of being a key conspirator in the document's formulation and dissemination.
According to the cyber cell, Disha started a WhatsApp Group and worked closely with other conspirators to draft the 'Toolkit' document.
In this process, they all collaborated with pro-Khalistani Poetic Justice Foundation to spread disaffection against India, the Delhi Police said.

Disha's family, meanwhile, has rubbished the Delhi Police's claims and stated that she has been arrested on fabricated charges.
A Delhi court had on Sunday remanded Disha to 5-day Delhi Police Special Cell custody.
Disha reportedly broke down in court and claimed to have edited just two lines in support of the farmers' agitation.
The now-deleted 'Toolkit' allegedly offered a training manual of sorts to those keen on targeting the Indian government internationally using the farmer protests. It offered templates for a Twitter storm and egged upon people to stage protests outside embassies and government offices.
Meanwhile, the Delhi Police action has come under criticism from human rights and environmental activists. A group of 79 activists, academics and individuals, in an open letter, stated that young environmental activists, whom the country should be proud of, are today victims of the Centre's continuing efforts to delegitimize the ongoing farmers' protest.
Calling Disha's arrest an extra-judicial abduction, the group of activists, academics and individuals claimed that the Delhi Police action reflects absolute contempt for constitutional principles. Terming Delhi Police's actions as sinister, they claimed that the operation to take the 21-year old to Delhi from Bengaluru with no disclosure about her whereabouts smacked of extra-judicial abduction.
