A laptop with a SIM slot would mean users don't have to use a dongle and can access Internet on laptop via a SIM. Foxconn will be building a laptop with SIM slot for Reliance Jio and the slot will be integrated on the left edge, according to PhoneRadar.
There is no word on the OS, but reports claim it could be either Windows or Chrome OS. However, Chrome OS is more likely, considering it can handle Android-based Jio apps. The display size will be 13.3-inches with Full HD resolution. It will be powered by an Intel Pentium processor and come fitted with a HD camera.
Some other rumoured specs include 4GB RAM, 128GB SSD, and the laptop will weigh 1.2kgs. However, for now, it is best to take this piece of news with a pinch of salt, until official announcements are made.
