This case is under investigation by a special court in Delhi.

Yesterday, a charge sheet was filed against the middleman Sukesh Chandrasekar who was arrested in connection with this case.

Delhi policemen said, “The first charge sheet includes Sukesh Chandrasekar for being a middleman, for making a fake Rajya Sabha member ID card and for creating many other false documents. If the crime is proven, a life time imprisonment would be given under the Indian Criminal Law. The other suspects such as Sasikala’s nephew Dinakaran, his friend Mallikarjuna, hawala operators Lalit Kumar and Nathu Singh are on bail. We are gathering some more evidence to prove their involvement in this case.”
