Later, as the foundation work was going on, actor Vishal filed a case against encroachment in the building premises. Following this, the court passed an interim stay halting the construction.
On account of this issue, a letter was written to the Nadigar Sangam members by Actor Vishal, which stated, “We came with the purpose of establishing our rights and get 100 percent fund. We will truly work hard till the very purpose is accomplished”.
