HD Kumaraswamy, State President of JD(s) has setup a new home in Hubballi, all in his efforts to the party in North Karnataka.

Kumaraswamy has told the party workers that henceforth he will be shuttling between Hubballi and Bengaluru.

The house warming ceremony of Kumaraswamy’s new house in Hubballi took place on Friday at ‘Ekadanta Krupa.’  The 6000 square feet house, is located in Mayakara Colony, Bhairidevara Koppa, Hubballi.

The duplex house has five bedrooms, a gym, a big hall and LCD screen in the first floor. Inside the premises a separate place is reserved for party office.

The house belongs to Higher Education Minister Basavaraja Rayareddy. However Konareddy, JDS MLA, has said that Rayareddy has given it to Kumaraswamy and is not going to collect rent for the premises.

“My party workers are asking me to contest from North Karnataka for the upcoming elections. I may contest from any constituency of Vijayapura, Bagalakote or Hubballi” HD Kumaraswamy told the press.

It is about time the JDS top leader took some time out of his film interest. Recently, he produced ‘Jaguar’ movie to launch his son Nikhil.  He even missed several assembly sessions to be on the sets for the ₹40-crore film.
