The initiative was inspired by Inessa Lee’s own experience with persistent online stalking.
The Institute for Education, Research & Scholarships (IFERS), in collaboration with singer and anti-bullying advocate Inessa Lee, has launched a free AI-powered Anti-Bullying Counselor designed to support individuals facing harassment, bullying, and online abuse.

Built as a customized ChatGPT-based tool, the AI counselor offers both practical guidance and emotional support. Users can access step-by-step advice on how to recognize, document, and report harassment, while also receiving coping strategies to manage stress and emotional distress.
The initiative was inspired by Inessa Lee’s own experience with persistent online stalking. Transforming personal adversity into advocacy, she expanded her long-standing anti-bullying efforts through technology. Previously, Inessa gained global attention with her viral flash mob campaign “Love Gun for Peace,” a social movement inspired by her song “Love Gun.” The track exceeded 2.5 million streams on Spotify and topped UK club charts, reinforcing her message of resilience and peace. More about her work and advocacy can be found at https://www.instagram.com/inessalee_.
Available directly through the IFERS website at https://antibully.ifers.org/, the AI counselor introduces wellness-focused tools such as guided breathing exercises, creative art therapy prompts, and positive affirmations. These features aim to help users regain emotional balance while navigating difficult situations.
IFERS is currently gathering user feedback to further enhance the platform and adapt it to community needs. A dedicated mobile app version of the anti-bullying AI counselor is also in development and expected to launch soon.
