Rowdy seen walking on the road with a dagger near Electronic city

A Rowdy, Ramachandra alias JC Ramachandra ignited much fear among people in Shantipura near Electronic city recently, when he walked the streets with a dagger in his hand. Ramachandra began arguing with people who were putting up hoardings on the road, claiming that they had to take permission from the rowdy to put the banners up. It is allegedly said that if the shopkeepers of Shantipura failed to give him money every day, he would threaten the shopkeepers too.
