Prajawal Revanna appointed JD(S) General Secretary

Youth leader Prajwal Revanna has been appointed as the General Secretary of JD(S) reported Suvarna News.

The youth leader Prajwal Revanna has been appointed as the General Secretary of JD(S) by Party national president H D Deve Gowda. Prajval was not given any posts so far.  

JD(S) leaders handed over the letter by the leaders and blessed Prajwal. Prajval Revanna is Deve Gowda’s grandson and son of H D Revanna’s son. There are possibilities of Prajwal getting a tickets in the next legislature elections.

Earlier, Prajwal had made comments about 'bucket politics in the party' after he was denied ticket to contest in the next Assembly Elections.

Prajwal has hopeful of getting a ticket from Hunsur constituency. But as the party did not want to make it a family affair, it was said that he will not be given a ticket to contest. This had upset Prajwal, who was putting all his efforts to plunge into politics. 

However, his mother, Bhavani Revanna, had created another controversy when she had said that Prajwal has got a green signal to contest for the elections.

Giving Prajwal the post of JD(S) General Secretary might be an indication that he will get a ticket to contest or it also might mean that the post is given to woo him against not contesting this time.
