Karnataka Elections 2018: Money distributed in open to voters in Kolar [VIDEO]

In a clear incident of violation of the election code of conduct, a group of men were seen distributing money to voters at Masthi, outside the booth in Kolar. It is alleged that money was being distributed outside many booths in Masthi. The group was seen having a list of voters and was giving money to those who had just come out of the booth after voting.
