Three months after the murder of journalist/activist, Gauri Lankesh, there are no clear clues about the SIT investigation.
With no breakthrough made by SIT even after two months of Gauri Lankesh's murder, her family had fixed December 5 as the deadline for the government. According to latest news, the probing authorities have arrested Tahir Hussein, who is accused of possessing lethal weapons including a gun.
He was arrested by the Bengaluru CCB officer Arms Act on November 3. A handmade pistol and three live bullets were seized from Tahir.
Currently, SIT is questioning Tahir in relation to the Gauri Lankesh murder case.
