Massive fire breaks out in Assam's Jorhat; at least 10-15 houses burnt

According to reports, a fire broke out at Raja Maidam Road in Jorhat early morning today (November 21) and gradually engulfed a large residential compound in the city.
Nearly a dozen houses have been badly damaged in the incident.

Firefighting operations are still underway at the spot while ambulances are also present there, in case there are any injuries.
The authorities are yet to ascertain the cause of the fire.
