TMC MLA Nihar Ranjan Ghosh's house, office vandalized in West Bengal's Malda

TMC MLA Nihar Ranjan Ghosh's house and the party office in West Bengal’s Malda were allegedly vandalized by miscreants on Monday (February 15) night. Police are investigating the matter and trying to find the accused.

TMC MLA Nihar Ranjan Ghosh's house and the party office in West Bengal’s Malda were allegedly vandalized by miscreants on Monday (February 15) night.

Nihar Ranjan Ghosh said, “I was at party office with workers when around 150 people suddenly came and started vandalising everything.”

Nihar Ranjan Ghosh have filed a police complaint after the incident took place on Monday. Police are investigating the matter and trying to find the accused.

Incidentally, on Saturday (February 13), few miscreants attacked BJP leader Babu Master when he was returning to Kolkata after attending a meeting in Basirhat.

BJP alleged that Babu's car was attacked with bombs by 10-12 people near Lauhati Police post on Basanti Highway. The BJP leader was severely injured in the incident.

Political violence has increased in West Bengal before the assembly elections which is likely to take place in April-May this year.
