It says, 'Sow this card to plant an Amla plant' in English. It is incredible but true.
The invitation card for the 73rd Republic Day celebrations is made of seed paper, which contains the fertilizer mixed during the production process of that paper and can actually be planted in the land to grow an 'amla' plant.Â
This paper, upon which the card is printed, is also called plantable paper. This type of paper is biodegradable.
