Three days after he was hospitalised in Hyderabad with severe hypertension and exhaustion, superstar Rajinikanth has returned home in Chennai.

<p>The doctors' advice may pour cold water over the hopes of Rajinikanth's fans who have been awaiting a formal announcement on December 31 from the superstar about his political entry.</p>
