Is Rahul Gandhi in Milan amid farmers' protest?

Even though Congress leaders are tight-lipped about Rahul's destination, speculation is that the Wayanad MP has left for Milan in Italy.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has taken a break from the ongong farmers' protest, and left abroad for personal work. 
 

Even though Congress leaders are tight-lipped about Rahul's destination, speculation is that the Wayanad MP has left for Milan in Italy.

Sources said the Rahul boarded the Qatar Airlines flight to Milan on Sunday morning.
 

Congress party's chief spokesperson Randeep Surjewala said that Rahul Gandhi would be away for a few days.

Rahul, who is being repositioned as the next Congress chief, also missed the events commemorating the party's foundation day.
 

December 28 marks the 136th year of the foundation of the Congress party. In a release, the AICC informed the Pradesh Congress Committees to instruct office-bearers, MPs, MLAs/MLCs to participate in related functions
 

State units have been asked to observe the party's foundation day through various campaigns including organising 'Tiranga Yatras' and running a social media campaign 'Selfie with Tiranga'.
