Covaxin has 81% efficacy, Bharat Biotech releases Phase 3 data

The results of the phase 3 trial were evaluated by an independent data safety and monitoring board.<br /> </p><p>A total of 25,800 subjects were involved in the trials, which were conducted in partnership with the ICMR.<br /> </p><p>According to ICMR, Coviaxin was well-tolerated and efficacious against SARS-CoV-2 across a wide range of age groups and variants in the country.</p>
