We all have one story that left us super embarrassed in our school days, and Bollywood actor Ananya Panday is no different. The actress recently revealed one such incident where she felt a sense of embarrassment during her school days.

While talking about the incident, Anany revealed that she was in 9th grade and was the sports captain at school. She had just won a medal and had to wait in the stands until her name was called.

While waiting, one girl pointed out that her shorts were entirely stained, and she had gotten her period. Ananya recalls running into the bathroom and hiding there. She could hear her name being announced but could not accept her award.

Ananya wished schools told more about periods and normalised them; she remembered being 'super-embarrassed.
