Sidharth Malhotra felt kissing Alia Bhatt was 'boring'

Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra entered the glam world of the Bollywood industry with their debutant movie Student Of The Year. After the success of the film, it was Sid and Alia's chemistry that caught the most attention.

Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra, who was first seen in Karan Johar's Student of The Year, were rumored to be dating each other for quite some time. 

Reports say that the duo was involved in a romantic relationship. Alia and Sid's sizzling on-screen kissing scene from the movie was also a hot topic back in time. They were often spotted in parties and events walking together, complementing each other, and were papped many time. But they always carried the 'just friends'  tag.

However, In 2014 in a throwback interview, Sidharth termed his and Alia's on-screen kiss in SOTY as 'boring'. In an interview with Filmfare, Sid had shared about the awkward kiss moment. "The kissing scene between Alia and me in SOTY was odd to rehearse. We did not realise that it was so technical. There were many things to consider like angles of our lips, head, and nose. After a while it became boring."

Apart from that, he said, that he would love to kiss Deepika Padukone on-screen and hoped people will enjoy it too, apart from him.

Alia and Sid again worked together in 2015 in Kapoor And  Sons. The duo has reportedly broken up, as Alia is now dating Ranbir Kapoor, and Sid is rumoured to be dating Kiara Advani.
