Yesterday, NCB arrested Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan for possessing drugs after a late-night raid on a cruise ship party. He and seven others will be produced before a court in Mumbai.

Aryan Khan has now been booked under Sections 27 (punishment for consumption of any narcotic drug or psychotropic substance), 8C (produce, manufacture, possess, sell or purchase of drugs) and other relevant provisions of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS).
Hence, the maximum punishment that Aryan Khan might get is one year or a fine that may extend to Rs. 20,000. According to reports, NCB sources said that Aryan Khan cried inconsolably during the interrogation.
Aryan Khan, along with two others, has been arrested in this case, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha, Nupur Sarika, Ismet Singh, Mohak Jaswal, Vikrant Chhoker, Gomit Chopra are among the others involved in the case. Who is Arbaaz Merchant? He is an actor by profession and a friend of Salman Khan's brother Arbaaz Khan. Arbaaz Merchant has been seen several times with Suhana and Aryan.
Mohak and Nupur are both fashion designers, while Gomit is a hairstylist and a celebrity makeup artist. Munmun Dhamecha is also a model; she is seen walking for many fashion brands.

Suchitra once worked with Khan in the 1993 film ‘Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa. Suniel Shetty also reacted to Aryan Khan’s detention by NCB, says, " Let's give that child a breather. Let real reports come out."
