On Monday, Salman Khan reportedly filed an application before a court seeking contempt action against Kamaal R Khan for continued defamatory remarks against the Radhe actor, despite KRK's undertaking not to do so.
A few days ago, Salman had filed a case against KRK. KRK claimed that the defamation suit was filed against him for his negative reviews towards Radhe. However, Salman Khan's lawyer clarified that the case against him wasn't for the Radhe movie but against for publishing and endorsing defamatory allegations.
Now KRK has again landed in trouble as Salman has reportedly sought contempt action against Kamaal R Khan for continuing to make defamatory remarks against him, despite KRK's undertaking not to do so.
According to a report published in Bar and Bench, Salman filed an application on Monday, seeking contempt action against KRK for his continued defamatory remarks despite his undertaking to Bombay Civil Court not to do so.
The application was filed in Salman's defamation suit to restrain KRK from making and uploading videos or other content on Salman Khan, his business venture and their films or projects.
During the last hearing, KRK's lawyer Manoj Gadkari had stated that no defamatory remarks would be made until the next hearing. However, reports say that KRK continued to publish such tweets.
