Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have been blessed with a baby girl, and they have requested the paparazzi to give them privacy to enjoy this special moment. So, here's how it went, read on.
Over the years, the paparazzi team has given the most informative and entertaining piece of news about our film fraternity. Be it scorching summer, or chilly winter or it's raining cats and dogs, they have done their work with their dedication. So, when the Bollywood stars ask for their privacy, they have never interfered in that matter.
On January 11, Virat Kohli took to his Instagram account to share the good news with the world. He wrote, "We are thrilled to share with you that we've been blessed with a baby girl this afternoon. We thank you all for your love, prayers, and good wishes. Anushka and the baby are both healthy, and we are feeling beyond blessed to start this new chapter of our lives. We hope that you can respect our privacy at this time. Love, Virat (sic)."
Soon enough, the baby angel received lots of love from film and sports world. The new parents received many good wishes and congratulatory messages. But amidst all of that, the couple requested the paps not to click their daughter's pictures.
He wrote, "Hi, Thank you for all the love you have given us for all these years. We are happy to celebrate this momentous occasion with you. As parents, we have a simple request to make to you. We want to protect the privacy of our child, and we need your help and support. While we will always ensure that you get all the content you need featuring us, we would request you to kindly not take or carry any content that has our child. We know that you will understand where we are coming from and we thank you for the same."
To this Viray Bhayani, a Bollywood's paparazzi photographer said, 'The message has been passed' as the paps and Bollywood has always been on the same side. They respect their demands and privacy.
Raveen Tandon commented supporting the newly became parents' appeal, "Totally agree with that sentiment and kudos to all our photographers for always respecting people's wishes. You guys would always keep my request too when I didn't want you all to click my children's pics when they were younger, and I take this opportunity to thank you for being kind enough (sic)".
When Rani Mukherji and Aditya Chopra were blessed with their baby girl Adira, they also chose to keep their daughter away from the attention. The Mardaani actress said, "I want Adira to grow up normally. (Otherwise) you get unwanted and undeserved attention without having achieved anything in life. I want Adira to be treated like any other child in school. Aditya and I don't want her to be photographed constantly." Aditya also supported in this decision. Rani further said, "It's not as if he is paranoid about the cameras. He doesn't want to be photographed."
We congratulate the couple, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli for their new member. And, we cannot wait to see their daughter grow up as a beautiful lady.
