Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan's affair is Bollywood's worst secret because nothing is hidden from the media and public. Salman allegedly helped Katrina move ahead in her career and recommended several producers and directors during her early days in Bollywood.
Salman and Katrina were allegedly together for a couple of years; both their fans thought they might get married, but nothing ever happened. But the news of their break-up soon began flashing all over, breaking their fans heart.
The two parted ways and remained quite close friends; Salman found it quite hard to move on. At Salman's sister Arpita Khan's wedding party, when he was on the stage for some act at the Sangeet, he teased Katrina by calling her 'Katrina Kapoor'.
On several entertainment websites, Katrina's friend reportedly revealed that the actress ended her relationship with the Radhe actor over an SMS.
The unnamed friend of Kat said, "She was shooting in Ooty with Ranbir when this happened. She didn't want to wait until she got back home. So she texted him that it was over from her side, but they could still remain friends,"
Later, she stated, "Salman was furious and decided to land upon the film's set, which terrified Katrina, who was afraid to confront Salman in person. Fortunately for her, the star never showed up. "His family and very close friends advised him against this."
The friend added that Katrina was scared that he will destroy her career, "Kat is in a position that she can't afford to lose. She's commanding a huge fee and has some big films under her name. Now that the story is out in the open, she is running scared that Salman will make life tough for her as well," added the friend.
But one of Salman Khan's family member had reportedly said that Katrina had nothing to worry about from the start and that he wished her well and would not speak about her in public.
