Sushant Singh Rajput’s father KK Singh is in Mumbai for his son’s last rites and other formalities. He has also been giving statements to Mumbai Police, where he said he wasn’t aware of the reason behind Sushant’s depression but agreed that he would often feel low.
In his statement, Singh revealed that Sushant would often feel low. “The family informed us that they do not know why Sushant was depressed and also did not mention if they had any suspicion on anyone,” police said.
The primary investigation submitted shows that Sushant was under treatment with several mental health prescriptions found in his Mumbai house.
Sushant’s death has sent shockwaves across the country and the film industry. Sushant (34) was found hanging from a ceiling fan in his Bandra home in Mumbai on Sunday (June 14).
According to many reports, Sushant’s friends had revealed how the late actor had stopped taking his anti-depressant pills as he felt better.
Sushant’s creative manager Siddharth Pithani was also called for investigation about the actor’s finances, business dealings and his profile in Bollywood.
One of Sushant’s cousins revealed that his family was gearing up for the winter wedding and they were soon arriving in Mumbai for the wedding preps. However, he didn’t reveal the name.
In a recent report, Rhea’s property broker claimed that the duo had plans to get married and was house hunting to move in together.
