Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani, who are reportedly dating each other, landed in trouble after an FIR was filed against them for breaking COVID-19 rules.
With the second wave of coronavirus hitting the nation, Maharashtra is one of the worst-hit states in India. People are expected to follow the rules and regulations laid by government. The alleged love bird's out of the blue car drive landed them in trouble as they were stopped by Mumbai Police at Bandstand on Tuesday evening for roaming in the city.
According to reports, an FIR has been filed against Tiger Shroff, Disha Patani and others for allegedly violating the COVID-19 protocol and pandemic restriction.
In an interview with ANI, the police revealed that they were found roaming at the Bandstand Promenade and could not give a valid reason to police for stepping out of their homes after 2 pm. The police said, "The case was registered under section 188 (Disobeying the order of public servant) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). No arrest was made because it is a bailable section." In Maharashtra, all essential shops are allowed to operate between 7 am to 2 pm. The state is under lockdown till June 15.
Reportedly, Disha and Tiger were returning from the gym on Tuesday, and the police had stopped their car. The police verified their documents, and they were asked to take a different route.
