In one of the episodes of Bigg Boss season 11, Salman Khan targeted Vidya Balan with his sarcastic comment on her body-weight

On the sets of Bigg Boss season 11, the host Salman Khan targeted Vidya Balan with his mean comments on her body weight.

The incident took place when Katrina Kaif had come on the sets of Bigg Boss 11 to promote Tiger Zinda Hai. During the show, Salman asked the contestants to undertake a drawing task. He asked them to sketch Katrina Kaif.

When all contestants finished their sketches, Salman sarcastically commented on the picture they drew, saying it looked more like Vidya Balan than Katrina and from his tone, anyone can easily tell that Salman was referring to Vidya's weight.

Many times, Vidya got body-shamed on social media but she never reacted. In an interview with Filmibeat, Vidya said, "Wherever you go, I think people are very body-obsessed today. 'Moti' is not an expletive for me. But I don't like it when people comment on my body. Because if I talk about your brain... Brains don't sell, that's why we don't talk about it."

"We have no right to comment on anyone's appearance. This has happened many times with me. When they see me happy, they are confused. As women, when you are successful, this is a way to drag you down. And I don't give anyone that power," the actress was quoted as saying.
