Dubai: All eight teams have landed in the UAE for the 13th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2020). The cricket action will begin on September 19. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) will soon release the official schedule of the tournament. The eight head coaches of franchises are busy devising strategies. Get to know who is coaching which team in this year’s IPL.
Chennai Super Kings (CSK) – Stephen Fleming (New Zealand)
Delhi Capitals (DC) – Ricky Ponting (Australia)
Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) – Anil Kumble (India). Former captain Kumble is the only Indian head coach in IPL 2020. He was previously with Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Mumbai Indians (MI).
Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) – Brendon McCullum (New Zealand)
Mumbai Indians (MI) – Mahela Jayawardene (Sri Lanka)
Rajasthan Royals (RR) – Andrew McDonald (Australia)
Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) – Simon Katich (Australia)
Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) – Trevor Bayliss (Australia)
