TCS to Wipro to HCL: Top Indian companies hiring fresh graduates
There has been an increase in recruiting in the industry, not just for engineering graduates but also for BSc, BE, and BCA graduates. Let's take a peek at the top IT companies that are employing grads this year.
Under its Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) 2022, Wipro will hire BCA and BSc graduates. Candidates must have graduated with a GPA of at least 6.0 and a graduation rate of at least 60%. Computer science, information technology, mathematics, statistics, electronics, and physics are all eligible BSc programmes. Candidates must also have studied core mathematics as one of their degree core topics.
Selected candidates would get a monthly salary ranging from Rs 15000 to Rs 23000 for the first four years of the programme, after which they will be assigned as Senior Project Engineer. An online test, aptitude test, written communication test, and business discussion round will be used to choose candidates. The deadline to apply for the position is tomorrow, November 1, at wipro.com.
Capgemini will hire BE, BTech, and MCA candidates from the 2021 cohort to recruit pooled campus. ME and MTech students with backgrounds in information science, information technology, and computer science are eligible. Candidates must have a minimum aggregate mark of 50% in their diploma, graduation, and any postgraduate examinations they may have taken. Candidates must sign a 'Service Level Agreement' bond and be willing to relocate to any place requested by the organisation.
The evaluation method will consist of five stages. Selected individuals will be given training for 8-10 weeks, during which they will also be paid.

HCL Technologies will be hiring fresher engineers with BE and BTech degrees. Candidates who are chosen will be expected to complete a paid training programme to obtain the essential technical, practical, and personality development skills to succeed in their positions. Candidates with a BSC in IT or Computer Science, a BVoc in CS, IT, Software Development, or a BCA degree are eligible to apply.
The training programme will last six months, and the charge is Rs 1.5 lakh plus relevant taxes. Candidates will be trained for the position of information technology engineer. The applicants will be chosen through an online aptitude exam, which an interview will follow.
Tata Consultancy Services, like HCL, is recruiting for engineering graduates who have obtained BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MCA, MSc degrees in 2020 or 2021. The deadline for completing registration is November 15. Candidates must pass a written test before moving on to a personality interview stage, the dates of which will be published in due course. Candidates must have earned a minimum of 60% in their class 10, class 12, graduation, diploma, and postgraduate studies (if applicable).
