Azim Premji &amp; family, the founder-chairman of Wipro topped the 2020 list, while Shiv Nadar, founder-chairman of HCL technologies is ranked second; followed by Mukesh Ambani, chairman of Reliance Industries at the third spot.&nbsp;</strong><br />
