Fitness trainer Raakesh Yadhav is a known name in B’Town and has worked with celebrities like Disha Patani, Tiger Shroff, Alia Bhatt, Pooja Hegde, Jacqueline Fernandez, Vicky Kaushal, Aditya Roy Kapoor and Katrina Kaif, to name a few. He recently gave away some home workout tips for all those fitness enthusiasts locked inside their houses. 

“Resistance bands are a great way to do weight training at home. Cardio through running, skipping, HIIT workouts can be done at home. And most importantly dynamic and static stretching can be done,” he said. 

Though he says he cannot wait to get back in action, he added, “I feel that in spite of this lockdown, I have found out ways to continue my fitness journey and those of my clients. This lockdown taught me the value of minimalism and also that life can be lived with extremely simple needs.” 

Raakesh had trained Disha for her stunts in her last film “Malang”, in fact he has been training her for the past four years. He is even good friends with Tiger whom he met at the Juhu beach. He misses training with both of them.

“I really miss training Disha Patani and Tiger Shroff. They are the hardest workers,” he said.

He says though his real-life classes have not started, online classes are keeping him busy.

 Raakesh has even worked with actors like Hussain Kuwajerwala, Gurmeet Choudhary, Karan Sehgal, Kushal Tandon, Pearl Dev Puri, Kunal Verma, and Namit
