RRR: Ram Charan, Jr NTR completed shooting; now all set for dubbing

SS Rajamouli's RRR is almost complete. The filmmakers took to Twitter to inform that excluding two songs, the film has been completed.

SS Rajamouli’s upcoming magnum opus RRR the biggest multi-starrer the nation has ever seen, is fast progressing towards completion. Today, the filmmakers took to Twitter to announce that the movie's shoot, except for two songs, has been completed. 

Both Ram Charan and Jr NTR have started dubbing for the movie in two languages and will soon finish.

A fictional take on the lives of celebrated Indian freedom fighters Komaram Bheem and Alluri Sitarama Raju, RRR has been shot across locations in Hyderabad, where massive sets have been erected to take the audience to another era.

Film’s lead stars Jr NTR and Ram Charan have completed dubbing in Telugu and Tamil and will soon move on to other languages.

“Moving at a rapid pace. Except for two songs, we are done with the shoot. #RRRMovie @tarak9999 & @AlwaysRamCharan have completed the dubbing for 2 languages and will wind up the rest soon (sic).”

The movie also features Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn and Olivia Morris. The film has been progressing with COVID protocols to ensure the safety of all the members on the sets.

The film is set for release in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. Produced by DVV Danayya on the DVV Entertainment banner, the film has been made on a massive budget of ₹450 crores.

Pen Studios has bagged the theatrical distribution rights across North India and bought worldwide electronic rights for all languages. Pen Marudhar will be distributing the film in the North Territory. The film will hit the screens worldwide on October 13, subject to COVID circumstances.
