The film is said to be about a place called 'Rangabali', where lives a happy-go-lucky guy who loves his home town, he falls in love with a city girl in the medical college, and when he is about to marry her, her father finds out where the protagonist is from and what the background of his town is, and he backs out of the marriage.
The rest of the film is believed to be about what #Rangabali is all about and how it acquired its name, how the hero transforms the terrible image of his home town, whether the actress marries the hero (or) not, and whether the hero marries the actress (or) not. Musician Pavan CH created the music for the film, and the film was filmed by Divakar Mani and edited by Karthika Srinivas.Â
