Last week, on October 29, Sandalwood powerstar Puneeth Rajkumar passed away due to a massive cardiac arrest at Vikram Hospital, Bangalore, leaving the entire fan and film fraternity mourning. He was one of the most popular and loved stars in the Kannada film industry. The 46-years-old was fondly called Appu by his fans. Puneeth Rajkumar was the youngest son of legendary actor Rajkumar and Parvathamma. Today, we found CCTV footage going viral on social media alleging that the video is Puneeth's last moments before he died. The video is of Puneeth leaving his house to the hospital.
In the video clip, Puneeth in a blue t-shirt looked normal, coming out of his house and standing next to the car. In the video, we can see his wife, Ashwini, starting in front of the gate. Both were seen getting into the car at 11.01 am just 15-30 minutes before he passed away.

It is reported that both Puneeth and Ashwini had visited their family doctor Dr Ramana Rao. Talking to the Times Of India, Dr Rao was remains quoted saying, Puneeth's heartbeat and blood pressure were normal when he came to his clinic. Puneeth told his doctor that he did some extra boxing and excessive steaming that day.
According to the doctor, Puneeth reportedly did an ECG test where massive stains were detected. Looking at the result, the doctor took the actor's wife Ashwini to a different room, explained the condition, and suggested she shift Puneeth to a hospital ASAP. The star was sweating profusely during the whole time, as per the doctor.

Without giving much time, the star reportedly collapsed and was rushed to Vikram Hospital, where his death was announced due to a cardiac arrest.Â
The powestar Puneeth Rajkumar was laid to rest with full honours on Sunday, October 31, at the Kanteerava Studios in front of his family, friends and fans.Â
