Actress Sruthi Hariharan, who came into limelight with Kannada films like Lucia and Godhi Banna Sadharana Mykattu thinks that casting couch is common in the film industry.

In a popular reality show, Super Talk Time, hosted by Akul Balaji, she opens up about the darker side of Sandalwood. She said, "Casting couches are not a story, they do exist in reality. In fact, it is a crime that is going unchecked. People should identify these perverts who are the main reason for such happenings. While many say that there is no such thing as casting couches and all these are created to destroy the image of Kannada film industry." 

Indeed, a certain set of people and actress like Sruthi Hariharan have confessed that perverts and casting couches do exist in Sandalwood. Yes, you heard it right, the actress has said it out aloud herself. Sruthi did not hold herself back when speaking about this controversial topic.

She also talked about the most commonly used word 'compromise' in this world of glamour. She said, "Actresses should be fully ready and prepared to compromise if one wants to act in big banner films, regardless of the talent."
